  The most painful blood test I have ever had!
  Didn’t even look at my veins just put it straight in.
  Was so rough and now have a massive lump on my arm.
  
  Usually good here but today had a different person and honestly the worst experience

  Professional staff, they know exactly what they are doing and make you feel right at home. Only place I will go to to get my pathology done.

  After an abominable experience at the Richmond collection centre the staff in Windsor were awesome and so professional. They made me feel special and explained the ins and outs of my tests. I was using Richmond because it is closer to my home. I will willingly travel the extra distance to go to Windsor. Bravo!

  The worst health care place I’ve ever been too, the two lady staff were so disgusting rude. Sad to think we have people so nasty working in the health care system. I hope one day you realise the importance of speaking to people with decency and respect.
